The Tranquility Central located in South Haven is being investigated for illegal sales and distribution of medical marijuana.
Authorities found finished product marijuana, packaging materials, digital scale, and business records.
A recent opinion issued by the state attorney general ruled that medical marijuana dispensaries are illegal.
Police told 24 Hour News 8 that they hope prosecutors will charge the business with delivery and distribution of marijuana.
